face="Arial" WARRANTIES - TRANSMISSIONS, CONVERTERS & SHIFTERS  The Turbo Action Warranty does not provide for or cover any installation (remove & replace) charges, freight and handling charges, improper installation, improper maintenance, improper shift linkage adjustment, misuse of product, costs incurred due to downtime of vehicle, damage to related components, abuse, disassembly, weather exposure. modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear. The Transmission or Converter warranty does not provide for or cover failure to provide adequate cooling or proper fluid level and transmission fluid. The Shifter warranty does not provide for or cover cable damage. If the product is suspected of being defective, it must be returned for immediate inspection to Turbo Action after permission is given and must be returned freight prepaid.  After inspection and evaluation, Turbo Action will advise allowances.  Turbo Action's Transmissions are warranted unconditionally for 90 days from date of purchase to original owner against defective parts and workmanship, except if vehicle's ET is quicker than 9.0 sec. - 1/4 mile or faster, any type mud bogging vehicles and if transmission is used for the incorrect application, then warranty is void.  Turbo Action's Street "S-800" 10",11" and Hemi 11" Converters are warranted unconditionally for 90 days from date of purchase to original owner against defective parts and workmanship, except if vehicle's E.T. is quicker than 9.0 sec. - 1/4 mile or faster, any type mud bogging vehicles and if converter is used for the incorrect application, then warranty is void.  Turbo Action's Pro Series 8", 10" and Competition 9" Converters are warranted unconditionally for 12 months from date of purchase to original owner against defective parts and workmanship, except if vehicle's E.T. is quicker than 9.0 sec. - 1/4 mile or faster, any type mud bogging vehicles and if converter is used for the incorrect application, then warranty is void.  If used in a 9.0 sec. - 1/4 mile or faster and mud bogging vehicles then the warranty is for 90 days from date of purchase to original owner against defective parts and workmanship. Turbo Action's Pro Series 8" and 10" Steel Stator Converters are warranted unconditionally for 12 months from date of purchase to original owner against defective parts and workmanship, except if converter is used for the incorrect application.  Turbo Action's CHEETAH SCS Shifters are warranted unconditionally for 12 months from date of purchase to original owner against defective parts and workmanship. The shifter warranty does not provide for or cover cable damage. Turbo Action's Solenoids are warranted unconditionally for 90 days from date of purchase to original owner against defective parts and workmanship.
