Shifter Skipping 2nd Gear, TH400 Transmission

Some gate style shifters including the Turbo Action CHEETAH SCS shifter will sometimes do a 1-3 shift.  This will occur occasionally when customer installs an air shifter that does not have control of the air cycle.  See below a possible fix, however the an air control works the best (CHEETAH E-SHIFT Controller).
